What to expect on the day

On the day of your scheduled clean, it makes things more efficient if you: 

• move small furniture items, shoes, clothes, stacks of magazines etc to hard surface areas prior to the allotted time.

After introductions you can direct us to the areas to be cleaned and draw our attention to any particular concerns. We’ll let you know what most likely can or can’t be fixed. You may like a particular area back in action as a priority and this is the time to make this clear. If possible we will accommodate this.

Everything is vacuumed thoroughly, paying particular attention to areas along skirting boards, behind doors & bedside tables etc. 

We then clean with high quality, non toxic products that do not leave sticky residues. Any furniture on damp carpet is placed on plastic or foam blocks to avoid staining. The carpet is then groomed for uniform appearance and faster drying.

Most carpets will be ‘walk on dry’ in one to two hours. Until then care should be taken if you need to walk off carpet onto tiles or other potentially slippery surfaces.
