What to expect on the day

On the day of your scheduled upholstery clean, it makes things more efficient if you: 

• remove any personal items, blankets, anything in attached shelves. 
• move any small furniture such as coffee tables away from the lounge.

We will arrive within the time frame given when scheduling your clean. If we are going to be more than 30 minutes late we will let you know.

We will introduce ourselves and inspect the items to be cleaned, we then:

• bring in our equipment and place drop sheets to protect your floor;
• dismantle the couch into its main components and vacuum accessible areas;
• treat marks to maximise chances of successful removal;
• main cleaning is done using advanced, non toxic products
• drying time depends on numerous variables like fabric type, air flow, level of soiling etc. We’ll try our best to give you a good idea when your couch will be back in action. It’s usually the same day or next morning;
• leather is usually ready to use in an hour.

Our first priority is the job we are working on so we do everything we can to achieve an outstanding result.
